Payment for an E-Design package is taken up front either on the website or Facebook through PayPal or by bank transfer or credit/debit card in person immediately.
When a Gift Voucher is purchased it may be redeemed against full payment of an E-Design Package or in part payment of a Premium E-Design Package. The gift voucher is valid 6months from the date of sale and is non-refundable.
Cancellation and Refunds
Cancellation of a design package within 2 days of the initial consultation will result in £50 refund (if full pice was paid, -£45 of total paid if a sale price was paid) as design work will already have been undertaken. Cancellation after 2 days after the initial consultation is non refundable as design work will have be carried out on the project. Due to the nature of the Interior Design business Kids Rule Interiors cannot guarantee that Clients will always like our recommendations. Interior Design can be subjective. Unfortunately, I cannot provide any refunds in this case. However please feel free to contact Kids Rule Interiors and I will be happy to discuss the design concept further over the phone and perhaps make further recommendations via phone/email in special cases. Designing your room takes many hours of research, planning, drawing and creative work that cannot be taken back once started. Please be considerate of this process, as sending us payment acts as your acknowledgement of this policy.
Cancellation of a premium design package within 2 days of the initial consultation will result in a £150 (if full pice was paid, -£45 of total paid if a sale price was paid) refund as design work will have commenced. Cancellation beyond 2 days of the initial consultation is non refundable as design work will have been carried out on the project. Costs such as shipping and fees will be paid for by the client and these costs will be included in the shopping list invoice where possible, though any additional costs, service charges or delivery fees will be invoiced to the client when incurred by Kids Rule Interiors.
Upon purchase of an E-Design package I will send the client a Client Questionnaire to complete. I will then send an email to arrange our consultation. The consultation will last for up to 1 hour. After the consultation the client will receive a concept board and shopping list within 2 weeks, or the discussed timescale. If the client does not like the concept, alterations can be made after exchanging emails or a phone/online call and an alternative concept or amended concept may be produced for client approval. Any further changes will incur extra costs to the client.
Purchase of the Premium e-design package will result in 1hr online/phone consultation with the client followed by receipt of a concept board. If changes need to be made to the design these will be discussed with the client and then a new amended concept will be presented for approval. Once the concept has been approved the shopping list will be sent with an invoice requesting payment in full within 3 working days of receiving the invoice. This payment means you have agreed to the purchase of the goods listed. If goods are out of stock a replacement will be found, consent from the client sought and, if the cost is higher, more monies will be required from the client. Kids Rule interiors cannot take responsibility for products being sold out, discontinued or otherwise unavailable. Kids Rule Interiors will try to arrange delivery on a date suitable to the client where possible and will arrange for convenient collection points for the client if delivery is unavailable. Kids Rule Interiors is not responsible for delivery of the products, and any damage or delay in delivery is purely the responsibility of the supplier and their distributer/ delivery team. Kids Rule Interiors will endeavour to help with any chasing up of items and deliveries with the supplier but will take no responsibility for when and how deliveries are made or the state of the item once delivered. Once all the products have arrived there will be another 1 hr long styling consultation online/by phone with the client. This is a good opportunity for the client to go through their snagging list and to ask for advice, such as to where to put items and how the design comes together.
Kids Rule Interiors provide online e-design services.
Purchase of the E-Design package will result in the scheduling of a one 1hr online/telephone consultation with the client. The client will be sent a client questionnaire to complete and return. It is the client’s obligation to complete this questionnaire in a timely fashion before any work from Kids Rule Interiors can begin. Part of the requirements of this questionnaire are to return photos and measurements of the room and its fittings, windows and any furniture that is being retained for use in the room. It is the client’s responsibility to measure accurately in meters and centimeters, Kids Rule Interiors can offer guidance for best practice for measuring out a room to help, but measuring accurately is the client’s responsibility.
Purchase of the Premium E-Design package includes my sourcing the fixtures and fittings for your room. Once the concept has been approved the shopping list will be sent with an invoice requesting payment in full within 3 working days of receiving the invoice. It is the client’s obligation to approve the shopping list and to confirm this by sending payment within 3 working days. This payment means you have agreed to the purchase of the goods listed. If goods are out of stock a replacement will be found, consent from the client sought and, if the cost is higher, more monies will be required from the client.
